I'm writing this review while stranded at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet, fuming with anger and disbelief at the absolute travesty of customer service I've just experienced. What started as an exciting day to lease a 2024 Chevy for my daughter's 18th birthday turned into a nightmare thanks to their deceitful tactics and utter lack of compassion. After spending an entire Friday negotiating a deal, we finally agreed on a lease for $241 per month with NO down payment. They assured us the deal was final, took our credit card information for OnStar and registration, and even let us take the car home! They told us to come back on Saturday to "clean the car and confirm the discounts." We returned on Saturday, excited to finalize everything. Instead, we were subjected to FIVE HOURS of waiting, only to be told that "one of the discounts didn't work" and we now needed to pay $1,500 down! We reminded them of their promises, but they became incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no solutions or apologies. At that point, we demanded a refund, but they nonchalantly informed us it would take FIVE DAYS to process! They've effectively held our money hostage, leaving us unable to purchase another car for our daughter. To add insult to injury, they claim the delay is "our choice" because we paid with a debit card, even though they initially told us it was required to finish the purchase. Now, they refuse to let us take the car we drove here in, leaving us stranded without any transportation. Their "solution"? Take an Uber and call them later for reimbursement! This is beyond unacceptable. Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet's bait-and-switch tactics, blatant lies, and complete disregard for their customers are appalling. They've ruined my daughter's birthday and caused us immense stress and financial hardship. I will be sharing this review on every platform imaginable – social media, review websites, and anywhere else I can. I urge everyone to avoid this dealership at all costs. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly do not value their customers. More
I recently bought a Lexus GX from Malcolm Cunningham Chevy North Point. The car has video monitors in the headrests and I specifically asked if they worked and the sales associate said he would ask, I n Chevy North Point. They don't and they would need headphones that only work with the monitors that weren't in the car anyway. When we were talking price they have a $2000 dollar bogus inspection fee that comes with some sort of guarantee that I wasn't willing to pay for so they took it off but that's it so essentially they got full asking price for the car. I thought since I was a new customer that paid full asking and a set of new monitors is $600 that maybe they would help me out but instead I was told it's "as is" so too bad. I wouldn't recommend working with this dealership, if you have an issue they really don't care. They wouldn't even say sorry or well we can't buy you new ones but lets meet somewhere in the middle... Bluntly they are your typical car salesmen that only care about money.. No integrity!!! More
My wife and I came here with the expectation that we would leave with a 24 Trailblazer, but to our surprise, and with all the amazing incentives currently available, we left with a 2024 Equinox RS that would leave with a 24 Trailblazer, but to our surprise, and with all the amazing incentives currently available, we left with a 2024 Equinox RS that has left my wife in AWE. This would not have been possible without the wonderful attention and assistance from Carlos, Rich and Tyler. They worked with us to try to meet our terms and ultimately we left incredibly happy customers with a brand new EV! Cant say thank you enough to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet and to Carlos, Rich and Tyler for making my wifes wildest dreams come true!! More

The next step was the purchase of a new vehicle and I was lucky to have Rodney in my corner. He was ready, willing, and able to work with me. That was important because of the unexpected circumstances I found myself in. Rodney patiently explained my options and worked to get me in a new vehicle much quicker than I imagined possible. Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet is lucky to have a dynamic duo like Nicole and Rodney. They make the customer feel like a winner. More

Run, better yet, SPRINT away from this dealership. I’d rather eat a bowl of glass than give them a dollar. Bait and Switch: I wish I could leave 2 reviews. Sam the sales person was perfect. She was very kind. My wife has a brain injury and she spent tons of time with her being patient. Now to the dealership. The complete opposite. If I could give negative stars I would. Everything about this deal was bad when dealing with the dealership. First, don't pay attention to any prices listed. It is all bait and switch. This car was a Christmas gift for my wife of 44 years and I would never have bought a car from these people except this is the one she wanted so a sucked it up and did it anyway. I buy tons of cars. I have a huge family, a business and a charity. A simple way to buy a car is search for ones like you want, look at the prices, choose the lower ones and then call multiple dealerships for the out the door price. Simple enough. This car was listed on the dealerships website and on Kelly Blue Book.com at $27585.00. The out the door price should be that price plus taxes and whatever fee the dealer charges for so called document fees. The out the door price on this car was quoted as $36,945.51. That is approximately a $7,000 markup. This is outrageous. When I pointed that out they said basically..tough. "Go around to all the other Chevrolet dealers and see what they will charge and we will try to match it." That is dishonest, illegal and immoral but that doesn't bother this dealership. Ultimately I gave them my other quotes and bought the car for much less than the $36,945.51 because my wife wanted it so badly, but still much more than the price quoted. However, I will never go back and suggest you drive a wide circle around this dealership. Also, if you do deal with them, completely ignore the advertised price. It means nothing. More
