Shady and unprofessional! Purchased car on Sunday and was told it would be ready the following day. Was not ready Monday, which is fine, I was in no rush. Tuesday I was told car is ready and when I tell them told it would be ready the following day. Was not ready Monday, which is fine, I was in no rush. Tuesday I was told car is ready and when I tell them I am coming to pick it up I was told “before you come let me double check to make sure car has been fully serviced”. It was not! I ended up picking it up on the Wednesday, where the car did not have any bulbs for the rear blinkers, but somehow passed the NYS inspection! Also, the backup camera was not working, which was one of the main reasons we chose this car. Customer service is awful and when they talk to you, you can feel there uncaring nature. In addition, as we were looking at cars multiple cars smelled like ashtrays and have do not look like they were ready to be sold, in my opinion. They want you in and out, very impersonal. Overall, would highly recommend going to another dealership, as this experience was very frustrating and took more time away then needed. More

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY I got my car from them 2 months ago to be exactly and it's a piece of crap, the first week the car start giving me a lot of problems, couldn't use it I got my car from them 2 months ago to be exactly and it's a piece of crap, the first week the car start giving me a lot of problems, couldn't use it for a most 2 weeks till I got a day off from work and took it to the car service, they "fix the ploblem" but a week after I got more mechanical problems. I checked the market and they have the car for 7500 and they sold it to me for 15000 "with all the discounts". I recommend you to check the market first and go to one of these dealerships in NJ, the have good prices.! More
