Worst customer service. When you walk in you can’t figure out where to go. No one comes up to ask how they can help. Dealership claimed to fix a window…. Funny they didn’t take the tape we had on the window switch, so how could they have checked it ? The invoice stated we had a “red/replace “ filter that they never asked if we wanted to replace. Numerous small complaints that lead to use using a different dealer in the future. Oh, and don’t send the GM an email through their website. Their workers look over them and I doubt they are getting to the FM. More
