Not much on reviews. Usually I don't write reviews, especially not about car dealerships because 99 percent of the time I have nothing good to say about them. But on Saturday November 5th I took a 75 mile trip to Mainer Ford to look at a 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee that I saw on line. When I got there I found it and looked it over good, and decided I did want to talk to someone about it so I went inside and they hooked me up with Jerred Kelso. He got the keys and we went for a ride. I have to tell ya he wasn't like any other car salesman that I've dealt with, it was like I was talking to a friend rather than a salesman he answered all my questions and we made a great deal. Everyone there was nice and great to work with. Thanks Jerred! I'll definitely recommend them to everyone. More

Literally the best vehicle buying experience ever! I have to start by giving a bit of background on my overall experience of buying my new F150. I went to 7 different dealers in the metro area and they I have to start by giving a bit of background on my overall experience of buying my new F150. I went to 7 different dealers in the metro area and they all treated me and my wife like crap, this is putting it lightly, but then I found Mainer Ford and my prayers were answered. Mainer Ford is literally the best dealership experience I've ever had. This is saying a LOT because I've purchased and sold many vehicles for myself and friends and there hasn't been a single dealership that I actually liked enough to recommend or to write a review on. Cody and I set emails to negotiate the trades and price of a new F150 that had to be brought in from out of state, it's the only F150 like it in the entire US, and Cody did an amazing job of making me feel welcome and also generally responded within 30min of sending an email, which is mind blowing because most dealers only respond daily. When my wife and I took our trades in to get final appraisal values Cody and Michael kept their word and gave us what we had agreed on through email. Then it was a quick and easy process of test driving and signing paper work. Cody is also extremely knowledgeable on the F150's and explained the entire truck to us and helped us set it up taking about 45min out of his busy day for this, what dealer have you ever been to that's done that? These guys are hard working and respectful, so if you come in with the same attitude they'll get you in a new car or truck with zero hassle and give a real no BS offer....I'm still in shock of how nice this all was. This dealership gets the Retired SSGT seal of approval! Great job guys! More
