Had a very complex list of repairs for my aging vehicle and elected to do them. The service department executed all repairs with precision and care and kept me apprised along the way. I was also provided a and elected to do them. The service department executed all repairs with precision and care and kept me apprised along the way. I was also provided a loaner vehicle during the repairs. My service advisor Lou was a partner to me and eager to make sure that everything was done properly to my satisfaction. My Technician Chris was top notch and executed precise and comprehensive rebuild of several major components. High level of confidence in this team! More

Bob Hartmann was terrific to work with. I reserved and bought my Mach-e through Bob and there were no markups or additional mandatory fees. They even honor the X-plan pricing. I traveled over 4000 miles (included side trips) to buy my F150 here and I was very glad I did. Please read my Google Review posted 4-12-22, it goes into detail about my experience I had with Greg Cumming my F150 here and I was very glad I did. Please read my Google Review posted 4-12-22, it goes into detail about my experience I had with Greg Cummings a car salesman for whom I have a high regard for. There are many accolades I could express for my appreciation of having Greg for my salesman. By far, he is NOT your typical stereotyped cars salesman - far from it. Working with Greg was by far my Best Experience ever when buying a vehicle. At the onset I had a lot of apprehension about spending a large amount of $$$$ for my F150 truck (it's what they cost now regardless) especially long distance . . . site unseen . . . relying solely on the trust and presumed integrity of who was at the other end of the line, text, or email . . . and I am very happy it was Greg. If you're reading this I'm sure you've done your homework - but let me caution you do not take every bad review to heart - read it thoroughly and you might find it's the person writing who's really at fault with expectations that are unreasonable our out of the control of the dealership itself. regardless, I can tell you truthfully and with all honesty - Greg Cummings is a stand up guy and will not lead you astray. What an incredible scam they pulled. My boss brought our truck in for a problem with the truck misfiring so we needed to get it serviced. They recommended a 30000 mile service for the vehicle at 27k. our truck in for a problem with the truck misfiring so we needed to get it serviced. They recommended a 30000 mile service for the vehicle at 27k. Ok, a little early, but fine, my boss ok'd it. The price was something of a different story, and the work performed was MOST CERTAINLY NOT NECESSARY. My boss, not being very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, just went for it without asking someone who knows (me or someone else if the work that they were performing was necessary) if it sounded kosher. Needless to say, they took my boss for a ride. At 27k, they did a complete fluid exchange of the transmission, the differential, grossly overcharged for the oil change,, the air filter, some coolant exchange/top off, among other very early timing for servicing. The bill for the "30k service" was about $1500. Who in their right mind finds it acceptable to do that much extraneous work and justify it with a bill totaling one and a half THOUSAND dollars? On top of all this, they had the audacity to treat my boss with extreme disrespect when he called to get an update on the repairs of the vehicle. After three days of already working on my WORK TRUCK, you know, NECESSARY TO MAKE MONEY?; Lou had the audacity to say to my boss "if you keep calling us, how do you expect us to fix the vehicle?" After that , my boss said I'm losing money as it's out of commission, and Lou's response was "feel free to come and take it". On top of that, I had my own personal mechanic inspect the work to make sure they did all the work they claimed to have done, and he had shown me that they had left a socket on the fill port for the transmission fluid and my mechanic could not remove it, meaning they got it stripped onto the bolt head with possibly the wrong size socket and just left the socket on my transmission. Sadly enough for Mahwah ford, they will never again see our truck as we will be bringing it to either all American ford in paramus or Leo Kaytes ford in Warwick. An absolute sham, pulling the wool over a completely unsuspecting customers eyes. Shame on them. More
Brought my car in for service 1/19 to change a flat tire, service went fine and there were no recommendations after the multipoint inspection. Picked up car 1/22 and parked car at home. on 1/25 after driving service went fine and there were no recommendations after the multipoint inspection. Picked up car 1/22 and parked car at home. on 1/25 after driving a total of 27 miles since the car was in service I had a low oil light and had the car towed to that location. Once the vehicle was there I was informed I would most likely need a new engine and it would take 3-4 months to repair, and I would not be given a loaner since I did not buy my car at their location. The next day I was again told I would need a new engine, but they need to run more tests and would not have a in depth diagnoses for three more days but the repair would most likely take 4-6 months and to call customer service if I want to argue about not getting a loaner. At this point I was distraught and reached out to the service center where I purchased the car 6 hours away. They called Mahwah service on my behalf to see if they could help. Both Service advisors were out to lunch but reception took a message. Ten minutes after that Greg from Mahwah Ford called and told me that the engine oil is just low and I need an oil change, in a voicemail. I called back two minutes later at 2pm and approved the Oil change. The next day I called at noon to check on the status, Greg told me the technician was away and he would call once he had an update. Still being weary I was being played and after being made to feel like a nuisance when I asked questions about the diagnoses; I asked the service representative from my original dealer to call and see if he could get a straight answer. He was able to get through to them at which point he was told I would not return their phone calls so they have not done the oil change. At which point we called AGAIN saying there is obviously an issue with communication at Mahwah service because I not only approved the oil change but then followed up to check on the status of said oil change. Finally I was told the oil change was finished and that the cause was a improperly installed drain plug from my last oil change on 9/22/21 at another service station. I asked how this was not caught when my vehicle was serviced with Mahwah Service on 1/19/22 to replace the tire, at this point Greg replied we would of seen it because we dont put your car on a lift to replace a flat tire. I asked how was the low oil level not noticed when they checked my oil during the multipoint inspection they claimed they did on my service receipt to which he said he did not know and would have to speak to the technician. Just so many questions and feeling of unease have resulted from this experience. The unwillingness to give a loaner to people who choose them for service if they did not buy a car from them. The preemptive worst case scenario diagnosis. The follow up confirmation that according to the tests they ran so far that indeed I would need a new engine. Then the change of diagnosis when another service member reached out to assist me. Lying and saying I have not returned phone calls and approved the recommended service when said service member reached out again. Finally, stating that I have had a persistent leak that resulted in the low oil level, if that were the case how was I able to travel 3,827 miles since that oil change and my oil be at an appropriate level that when Mahwah service checked it they did not recommend an Oil Change but after traveling 27 miles the oil was so low my car had to be towed to their location?
