Purchasing and Pricing at this dealer was great. Warranty service at least for my F-550 was poor at best. You'd make an appointment for the vehicle and the vehicle would sit for a week before any work would service at least for my F-550 was poor at best. You'd make an appointment for the vehicle and the vehicle would sit for a week before any work would be done. A friend of ours has an F-550 also and lost it for 4 weeks for a new turbo. The service department diesel mechanics all go on vacation at the same time (or as I heard they lay off some mechanics when the shop is slow, temporarily) so there is no one to work on the trucks in September. This truck is a work truck when the truck is not working we are not making money. Back in April 06 they had the truck for probably a week and did some TSB work. When we got the truck back within a day or so we broke down 5 times 200 miles from home and limped it to a dealer in upstate NY. They were good enough to repair the vehicle on the spot. DOM"S Ford in Utica NY were great. Mahwah on the other hand I wouldn't recommend for truck service. More
