This is an update, it has been about 2 weeks since my purchase. At first I was happy with my experience. Then I realized I was kind of fed lines the whole sale and now there is nothing I can do about purchase. At first I was happy with my experience. Then I realized I was kind of fed lines the whole sale and now there is nothing I can do about it. I will not go back to this dealership for a purchase. After I made my deposit, they upped the sale price of the car. I let them know, they assured me that the original price was reflected on the paperwork and not to worry. Day of the paper signing and everything has the increased price on it. Told it was an error, they resubmitted paperwork and got me the initial sale price. Car was advertised to have passenger power seat, I even asked for confirmation the day of the paper signing and showed that on their site, it was advertised to have it. Turns out it doesn’t but I didn’t personally check, because why would they advertise wrong. Told me there’s nothing that can be done. I asked for a spare tire. I was told by my sales person of course they would make sure I had one. Day of the paper signing I check and there’s no tire… three sales people come out and say of course there is, and start ripping the back end open only for them to say “nevermind, you have a repair kit and compressor instead”. Told me there’s nothing that can be done. I notice that the antenna is missing from the roof. I am told it’s a fin, not an antenna. I send pics… finally told to check in the glove box for the antenna. It’s in there but I am vertically challenged and am therefore still without it for the moment. And! The car has a forward collision sensor that blinks some mornings. I’m told it’s from the sunlight/glare and it’s coming on to let me know it isn’t working. If that’s the case then I’m not sure why it happened in the dark, and in a proper snowstorm. Just lots of little things have added up and ultimately I think I regret my purchase and wish I hadn’t bought the maintenance plan, because now I am forced to go back to get my moneys worth. More
I was very pleased with how quickly they did what needed to be done and I was extremely pleased with the appearance of my vehicle on the outside and inside after the detailing was completed.
