Within 2 weeks, he had identified the perfect vehicle, and he did a fair deal. He has the perfect temperament for a buyer like myself, and I appreciated the no pressure tactics. He even picked me up from home to complete the transaction, which went smoothly. I will send my friends and smiley members to Mark. This is the third Honda I have purchased from Madison. More

Mo and Hector negotiated a fair price with me and were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They were respectful and so easy to work with. I worked with Jose to go over the finances and he was very pleasant as well. Overall, my experience with Mo, Hector, and Jose was great! I highly recommend this dealership--go in and ask for Mo! More

I've never written a dealer review before but feel compelled to help others make an educated decision re: Madison Honda Service. I called Service two days ago to ask for a quote on rear brakes and rotor resurfacing. Jackie told me $290. Can I use a service coupon? Yes. How long? Hour and a half. 11:30 ok? Yes. I repeated the details to be sure I got it right. I receive the email confirmation for the morning. I cancel and rebook on line for 11:30 I bring the car in today and I'm told it's $390, not $290. I call Autosport Honda and they quote me $250. I tell the service advisor this. He goes in the back room and comes back to say they can do it for $290 but will not honor the 10% off coupon because they're already doing me a favor (when in fact all I'm doing is asking them to honor their word). And my lunch hour has now grown from their 1.5 hour quote to 2.5 hours.... I can also mention an interaction a few years ago where the glove compartment was stuck shut. I called Hondacare to ensure the part was covered under warranty. In this instance, Madison Service made me sign an agreement that I'll cover the cost of a repair up to $250 if it turns out the part is not covered. I tell them I called Hondacare and it is covered, but they make me sign nonetheless. Sure enough, I get the call from Service that the part is not covered. I conference in Honda Care who confirms the part is covered, and admonishes the Madison Honda rep on the phone. Kudos to Honda Corp for their honesty, I'm just surprised they let a service dept like this bear the Honda name. More

I had ordered the 2016 Honda Pilot in Steel Sapphire Blue back in June and he had told me it would be here in August. I was under the impression that it would arrive towards the end of the month, but Kamal gives me a call on Friday, July 31st and says the car is here! He definitely went above and beyond to get the car, trim and color that I wanted. I have had such a great experience working with Kamal and Madison Honda. I will definitely be going back! More

He went above and beyond my expectations, but I wasn't sure I was making the right decision so I needed time to think about it, we'll that deal came and went. So Paul called me once during the week to see where I was with purchasing a vehicle and I told him I was still looking, well yesterday I got a call from Paul saying there was another possible vehicle I would be interested in, and he asked me if I wanted to stop by and look at it, so I did. Paul's goal was to make me happy and satisfied as a customer, and he did, he went above and beyond to try to work out the best deal within my budget. I never felt any pressure from Paul into buying any of the vehicles he showed me, he was extremely patient with me even though I took up a lot of his time the both days last Saturday and yesterday. I would highly recommend visiting Paul and Madison Honda I had a great experience they were very friendly and knowledgeable! More
