My experience with one of the sales managers (I do not know his name, nor do I want to) was less than satisfactory. He was rude, obnoxious and disrespectful to me and to his salesman. If there is more than one sales manager I apologize for painting this with a broad brush since I don't know his name. My salesman was the only reason I bought my car there and he helped me through the situation. If you don't have to deal with the sales manager your experience should be satisfactory. Everyone else there seems to be very friendly and helpful. More

Jose Alvarez was friendly, patient, and informative. I had just come from another dealership that was the total opposite; they were pushy, lied about the cars available in the area, and very rude. At Madison, I was treated with respect, the true value of the car was honored and they acquired the car I requested in One day. So Jose worked out all of the details and I got my new car that same weekend! No gimmicks, run-around, or lies. I try appreciate that. Couldn't be happier! More

Respect, Support, Efficiency...and a New Civic! I just started leasing a Honda Civic from Madison Honda after driving a used Accord (also purchased from Madison Honda) for many years.
