Look I know that everyone has conflicting experiences all over the place with dealerships but the thing that stands out to me the most is consistency Look I know that everyone has conflicting experiences all over the place with dealerships but the thing that stands out to me the most is consistency in service. Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown fires on all cylinders in this department. We brought in my wife's car that was having issues and they got everything fixed up and back to driving in just a few days. We've had all of our service done here for the last 2 years for 2 vehicles and never had a less than awesome experience. HIGHLY recommend the service team there for anything you need! More

Mac Haik Georgetown I have bought four new Ford trucks from Mac Haik, and it's predecessor, Draeger Ford. The first two experiences were not that good. In Fact, once I left the dealership with my new truck not having temporary tags placed on it. Each of the last two experience, however, have been significantly better. At this point, I would definitely recommend Mac Haik Ford of Georgetown, without question. More

Oil Change took too long. Your techs were wonderfully polite and professional and kept me posted as to status. I had to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes, which was too long. It was how long they told me it would be, so no issue with expectation setting by your staff. A simple oil + filter change should not take over 45minutes to 1 hour at most. I'll likely go elsewhere in the future where the change is completed faster. More

Estimated wait time 1.5 to 2 hours, actual time was 3 hours Last few oil changes the actual time for the work has greatly exceeded the estimated time quoted. Quick Service Came in early on a Saturday morning for service, and there was already a crowd of about 15-20 people.
