Display settings are never where I had them before the vehicle was services. I have utilized pick-up and delivery service several times at with the same location. The business address is obvious, but dr vehicle was services. I have utilized pick-up and delivery service several times at with the same location. The business address is obvious, but driver struggles to find the business, and I have had to talk them to it. The business location is easily found using GPS. Also, I was initially invoiced for a much high amount than the service charge and still overcharged by $4 after calling the initial charge to their attention. This is the same dealership that did not tighten the lug on my tires when performing a previous tire rotation and I discovered I was running with two lugs on a tire. The dealership's reaction to me exemplified "no big deal". The manner in which this life-threatening matter was handled with me as the customer was an insult and gave no recognition to the potentially tragic situation that could have resulted. I have continued using this dealership only because of its location to where I am. More
