The Mechanics servicing my Chrysler Pacifica are excellent trained and know everything that pertains to the work they are doing on it! I took my car here multiple times. Once for panels peeling. Which i had to call the corporate number to get replaced. However the service manager never got me in to get them done. More recently i took my car in for a vibration on my passenger side tire. I mentioned this multiple times to two different service reps. Stephanie told me the tech had a video and she saw there was nothing wrong, i asked to see the video it wasnt even my car or the correct tire. I asked her what the technician did to deserve a diagnostic fee and she couldnt tell me. She told me on the phone that the tech cant find nothing wrong with it that they could replace the tires but sounded clueless and unsure of a cause. When i showed up the paper work had deformed tire as the cause. No alignment was tried no Balancing was done. No troubleshooting was done. I lost $100 on incompetent service reps and technicians. All my previous visits for this issue have been documented. More
