The service in itself was fine. My problem was I needed to contact somebody after I left because I left an item on the floor in your service department. So I've had to make 22 phone calls to actually get somebody to talk to me who's in the service department. I just found that a little ridiculous ridiculous is needed in the world. It's worse than ridiculous the poor lady at the switchboard. Just kept patching me through to people when there was just nobody available to pick up the phone. Maybe everybody was busy in the whole wide world that made me unhappy other than that it was just fine. More
