Arrived on time for my appointment and left the vehicle on the driveway, The service writer was away from his station so I left the key with an associate. The next day I get a message that the vehicle has on the driveway, The service writer was away from his station so I left the key with an associate. The next day I get a message that the vehicle has been diagnosed; however, parts were not going to be available until late summer. I found this to be unacceptable, as my family needed that vehicle to go on vacation in. In light of the fact that this repair was going to be the fourth time that exact component had failed in 40,000 miles (and another component failure while on vacation the previous year) we decided to trade the damaged vehicle in (at a significant loss) in order to have a dependable vehicle for our vacation. More
