Worked Out In The End Had a known defective part replaced under extended warranty. The part failed after only 3K miles and expiration of the extended warranty. It took a couple days and a few conversations with MINI of North America but General Manager Stephanie McMurray and Service Manager Efrain Hernandez made it right and replaced the part goodwill. For their actions, 5 stars. More
