I ordered a Mini SE. Staff was responsive and friendly on taking my order through emails. It took about 5 months to arrive but at no fault of the dealership. It was sold Staff was responsive and friendly on taking my order through emails. It took about 5 months to arrive but at no fault of the dealership. It was sold at MSRP with no markup. Communication could have been better about arrival progress. When I picked up the car, it took a couple of hours to finalize which I wish could have been shorter. The most negative aspect of the transaction was the semi-hard sell on the extended warranty. In the end I was happy with my transaction and I would recommend them. More
