Our new service guy Eric is great. He always finds out the answers we need to keep our Mini running. We have run in to a few snags this time being that the service dept did not accurat He always finds out the answers we need to keep our Mini running. We have run in to a few snags this time being that the service dept did not accurately check for the leak we asked them to check and now the weather stripping has come off the front windshield after they had it. Eric is doing his best to provide us with the best options for us to fix these issues but so far they are just not in our price range. I have faith in him though. Over all the service is excellent.
