Communication is not their strong point. Their product is very good but over priced. They quoted me 232 then wanted to charge me 250. They charged me 232 and added a bogus 26 charge after the fact. The pre-purchase inspection did NOT give me any indication on the overall condition of the motor transmission or clutch. More

Never a good experience. Every time we had had to bring in the car, we have ended up spending so much money. I have had several leases, and in the lease period never had to pay above service covered. With in the car, we have ended up spending so much money. I have had several leases, and in the lease period never had to pay above service covered. With my mini, every service drop requires either new brakes, or new tires. I have a 3 year lease, and we have already had to replace tires 3 times. It’s ridiculous. And mini refuses to match prices when they know they are higher. Mavis and town fair will not provide a written quote because they dont want you to shop it around. So we cannot match compare like you suggested and your manager is always difficult about being friendly about these large cost items and amendable. I went to Toyota service the same week, was less than an hour, cost zero, the staff was ALL extremely friendly and the wait room was like a hotel lobby. More
