I took my mini to them after an accident. The service department is excellent. Parts availability and delays at the body shop is the new normal. I just wanted a water pump to be fitted and had to argue to avoid a diagnosis charge. I knew the diagnosis already. The manager had to be consulted before they agreed to waive the charge. It’s never nice to have company policy quoted at you when it isn’t properly understood. They changed the water pump and had to admit it was defective. Otherwise, they did the work well and even sent me details of others things that needed doing (which sounds a lot like diagnosis to me). Not very happy. Not sure I’ll be back. More
