We could not be happier with our entire experience with Jolene and Mini of Allentown. We met Jolene in August of 2020 to let her know we were interested in purchasing a new Mini Convertible in the Spring o Jolene and Mini of Allentown. We met Jolene in August of 2020 to let her know we were interested in purchasing a new Mini Convertible in the Spring of 2021. When we met again in Feb 2021 and began the ordering process, she happily informed us that we would be able to order a 2022 model but that production would not start until March 2021 and our Mini might not be delivered until June 2021. Surprisingly, the production started early and we picked up our new Mini Convertible on April 5, 2021 - two months earlier than we had expected! Jolene kept us updated with Emails - and pictures - throughout the process! And when we arrived to pick up our new Mini, Jolene provided thorough explanations of all of the features and technology so we were prepared for our ride home! I had purchased my Used 2020 Mini Cooper from JCW in North Carolina a month ago and walked into Allentown Mini with a tremendous amount of anxiety. I am retired from the Automotive industry with many of those years in Dealerships and was expecting the same old sales routine. My first experience was with Brian Amill. My intent was to transfer a Maintenance Contract and Factory Warranty from the original owner to my name. Brian asked a few questions about my use and type of driving I plan to do. He came to the conclusion that it "does not make sense to spend any money to purchase an extended warranty or any kind of maintenance plan". The one you have will cover oil changes for the next couple years. WOW! I had already known all of this and was expect him to try to sell me packages. Not only was my anxiety removed, but after Brian introduced me to his Mini family, I have made some new friends in the Sports Car world I am passionate about. MY FIRST TIME another tech. is going to change my oil. 3-30-21 my first visit to Service Department and the cars 2nd oil change.
