Had my vehicle in for an oil change. Both people that drove my vehicle had filthy oil covered pants. The appointment took alot longer than it was supposed to and the service rep (who was new) screwed up my bill a few times. From the time she called me to tell me I could pick up my truck till the time I lef and the service rep (who was new) screwed up my bill a few times. From the time she called me to tell me I could pick up my truck till the time I left the dealership was 62 minutes! More
