The battery on my 2017 Ford Edge went dead in the garage; there was no way to move it. I called the service dept and got on Ryan's schedule. He showed up early, quickly replaced the battery and did the neces there was no way to move it. I called the service dept and got on Ryan's schedule. Brought car in earlier in the week to get some sensors replace, plus an oil change. Mechanics never did the oil change and I had to come back on Saturday morning.
