The appointment was for an oil change and to get a battery replaced for the emergency call. The battery was noted in Oct and I was told I would receive a phone call when the battery arrived - I never battery replaced for the emergency call. When I arrive after a 45-mile drive I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours to install the battery. I had a meeting and was not able to stay the additional time. The appointment clerk said both could be completed in an hour. Next, I asked the price of the oil change. My bill was $70.00 more because the dealer reset the CBS display via standard operations. I asked in advance what the standard operations service was but they didn't tell me there was a fee. It would be helpful if the dealer was transparent with the costs and if appropriate time frames were provided. I now will need to take another 1/2 day vacation to get the emergency call battery changed. More
Everything was great except the shuttle return. Jared was wonderful, the drop off was great, the payment online was convenient, my car was ready earlier than I planned, my car was out front waiting for me. Because my car was ready earlier than planned, I asked to pickup my car at the location I was dropped off rather than where I planned to be picked up at 5PM. The driver went to the wrong address. With that, I had to wait 20 minutes extra for him, I missed a scheduled work meeting. If I had known it would take 40 minutes (rather than 8) for a shuttle pickup, I would have kept the initial 5PM pickup. The shuttle driver didn’t have the courtesy to apologize for the confusion. He really changed what had been an excellent experience to a poor one. More
