I VISITED BECAUSE OF A RECALL INVOLVING THE KEY FOBS AND TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO TO HAVE MY BACKUP CAMERA CHECKED. I WAS GREETED PROMPTLY AT MY APPOINTED TIME AND WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED FINISH TIME. SCOTT WAS ACCURATE ALMOST TO THE MINUTE. THE RECALL WAS REPAIRED, AND THE NECESSARY PART FOR THE CAMERA WAS ORDERED. SCOTT ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN THE PART CAME IN, THAT IT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, AND THE CAR WOULD BE READY AS SOON AS THEY FINISHED WASHING IT. He was very professional and extremely personable! As Adam was walking me over to my car at the end of my appointment, I mentioned that I forgot to have something looked at. The information provided by both salesmen was comprehensive but not even the business manager failed to inform us that there would be a $400 disposition fee at the end of lease.
