I had good service throughout the process and my sales rep Bob made sure that I had everything taken care of so that I could get the car as soon as possible. The price was very fair and my overall experience was positive. I have only had the car for a few days and have not needed any assistance from Luther, so I can't speak to the quality or service of maintenance or warranty related issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend Luther Nissan. More

The wait for a special order is typically 8-12 weeks, but the people I worked with were able to locate exactly what I was looking for through other channels and I was able to take ownership in only 4 weeks! I am very grateful for their work behind the scenes to make sure I could get exactly what I wanted and to do so with such quickness. I appreciated the time David Jr took to "tutor" me on the features of my car, especially the technology package! Every member of the staff that I interacted with was friendly and professional. Luther Nissan and Scott Nemitz, in particular, have made sure that we had a loaner car at no cost to us. They have covered our towing costs when we mistakenly had it towed outside the towing program provided by Nissan. They have been extremely responsive and persistent. They have dealt with the manufacture on our behalf in all cases. Ten stars -- no really -- Luther Nissan and Scott have taken it to an 11. I am extremely pleased to be working with them and I look forward to continuing the relationship. I would highly recommend them. More
