Best experience I've had Stephan was so great to work with that I forgot he was a salesman. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend. He's very laid back but extremely Stephan was so great to work with that I forgot he was a salesman. It felt like I was car shopping with a friend. He's very laid back but extremely knowledgeable. I never felt any kind of pressure and was at ease the whole time I was there. After I purchased my new Sorento, he sat with me in the car for over an hour explaining everything to me. He followed up with me a few times that week to make sure everything was going OK or if I had any questions and when I told him I forgot half of what he showed me, he made an appt with me to explain it all over again. When my lease is up, I hope to work with him again. More

I arranged to meet him on Tuesday after work to look at and perhaps test drive a few cars. He went out of his way to show me every courtesy and I left with a new Kia Soul. Wrong Dealership, Right Timing On Friday, June 13th, I called a dealership and asked if they could help me get a car. I drive thinking i am going to the right dealership and i end up at Luther Nissan Kia. I asked Mary at the front desk for Matt and she told me that Matt was off today. Well a long story short, i ended up at the wrong dealership and got a car from Luther Nissan Kia, thanks to Tom, Raul, Mary and Jerry. There was also another employee involved in service but i cannot remember his name but he was great too. Yes i would recommend Luther Nissan Kia to friends and family. thank you guys for everything! Excellent Service I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing else. We made an appointment to bring the car in. Well, I must say I am extremely impressed with Mike and the service I received. The repair only took about 30-40 min and he told me then that it was a blower motor resister and he had gone ahead and ordered the new part, when I originally phoned, so it would be there when I came in. Talk about fantastic service!! I didn't have to wait or come back another day. I am so thankful for Mike Wagner and the service I received. More
