Very Positive Car Buying Experirence The idea of purchasing a new vehicle for the first time in 14 years, was very stressful for me! My husband did a lot of research and leg work (talking to several dealerships/looking at different makes of cars) and he was very impressed with his initial interaction with Kostas Ritos. On our return to purchase today, Kosto spent several hours with us (on his day off); he took us for another test drive, pointed out some interesting differentiations between colors and options and did a great run through of all of the features of the Honda CR-V, once during the test drive and before we took it off the lot. We never felt pressured, or hurried, which was a big deal for me. The same goes for Nick, who helped us secure financing. Again, Nick answered all of our questions and there was no pressure to purchase options we didn't feel we wanted. The showroom was bright, clean and the car-buying process organized and streamlined, considering how much there was to do. It's been 25 years since I have purchased a car from a dealership and I'm confident that return visits will be equally positive. More
