I wish they had taken the time to explain the process that comes after purchasing my vehicle in detail. Not everyone comes in with experience. My service was completed satisfactorily after an extra trip back to your shop. But...the service person who set up my initial service appointment after inspecting the needed items forgot to order the part trip back to your shop. I'm a 60 mile round trip from the dealership, and these extra trips are very ridiculous. I bought the pickup (and several other vehicles) from Luther, but I'm finding that these situations are happening too often. I am a quiet person who will not raise a fuss, but I am asking around for friends opinions of area GM dealers, and I may have to visit them for future service. And maybe sales. More
