Amazing Sales Staff (Josh Branham Rocks!!), Great Deals (<: I wanted to trade in my car and I dreaded car shopping. I have two young kids and anyone who has kids knows it’s a pain to take them to do any kind o I wanted to trade in my car and I dreaded car shopping. I have two young kids and anyone who has kids knows it’s a pain to take them to do any kind of shopping much less the kind where you spend hours doing boring stuff like picking out a car. I had called a few OTHER dealerships and got the usual car sales pitch that I didn't appreciate, like not answering any questions over the phone and insisting that I would get the "best service if I came in". I never called Burnsville Hyundai, we just decided to go in and look around as Hyundai had good advertised deals. I saw Josh at the door and thought... well here we go, fun sales pitches, pressured sales etc. BUT WOW WERE WE SURPRISED! They were helpful, easy going, didn't pressure us to do anything and let us figure things out at our own pace. They gave us a great trade in value for our car and made it easy to shop with kids by providing a kids lounge, snacks, being kid friendly and on top of all that they came and made the kids balloon animals (more than one each). Even the other staff not involved in our process would walk over and say hi and chat with the kids. When it came to car prices, it was an easy process to come to an agreement on price and we got an AWESOME PRICE we were very happy with. We liked everything so much we traded in our other car and got a newer car for less money - can't beat that! On top of that I received free oil changes for 3 years and free car washes. The only thing I have to worry about is if a Tire pops on the road - and even then they provide free roadside assistance. If you don't want to worry about your car and want a great deal that is easy to get through start to finish I would highly recommend going to Josh Branham at Burnsville Hyundai. I am sure there other staff is just as great - I just really thought Josh did a great job! More

And some of them deliver, and some of them don't. My experience with Melissa Garvey and the rest of the staff at Luther was they just do it! No speeches about themselves --- just action. The experience was friendly, relaxing, and professional. I didn't feel like I was doing business with a sales person and a finance manager --- and it was all the more pleasant because they were just nice people, not pushy, not high pressure, and did not give me a speech about how nice they are. I really respected that. So I would strongly recommend you go check them out if you are car shopping. More
