Five star across the board I'm not one who likes to give a top score when rating anything. Certainly the experience when buying any product can't be perfect, right? I went to Burnsville Hyundai after looking online at many different dealers in the area, and a variety of different makes and models. I decided on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. They had priced the car very fairly, in my opinion, and it came with a lot of nice options that I didn't expect, especially at the price I paid. Galen was very friendly and helpful during the sales process, and Jennifer went above and beyond to get me a loan at a fair rate, despite a recent hit to my credit. Those are the two people who's names I remember, but everyone I ran into was very friendly. Over the last fifteen years, I've been hoping to find a dealer that I can build a relationship with, that I trust to buy another car from in the future, and one that makes me want to go out of my way to use their service department. Looks like I finally did. More

Chadd Moreno and the service department are great! My wife and I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe in December of 2014. Two weeks after the purchase, the car developed problems - it would not start! Chadd Moreno in the service department worked with us for over 3 weeks to figure out what the issue was. We received a loaner vehicle (a brand new 2015 Sonata) while Chadd worked with Hyundai tech to figure out the issue. Throughout the entire process, my wife and I were never charged a dime. The dealer stood behind the vehicle they sold us and resolved all of our concerns. I could not have been more impressed with Chadd and his team - it's never ideal to have a car not start, but they worked their tails off to fix the problem, and that's all I can ask for. For those interested, the issue turned out to be with the ignition switch. Chadd replaced it almost a month ago and we have been problem free ever since! More
