I had a 5 year old battery replaced. I found out, however, that if I left the car sit for 3 or 4 days, the new battery would have enough energy left to start the car. I contacted the service dept., t however, that if I left the car sit for 3 or 4 days, the new battery would have enough energy left to start the car. I contacted the service dept., they scheduled me in and did a full electrical diagnostic and determined the newly installed battery was defective. It was replaced and I was back out of the shop in less than an hour. This experience, while not a big event, is typical of my 35 plus years of having Brookdale Toyota do all our maintenance and repair work. They have always been competent, understanding and perform with the highest of business ethics. It is a pleasure to do business with people like this. More
