Car was not inspected correctly My salesperson, Eric, was very pleasant and easy to work with. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Mazda Mitsubishi. As I am not a mechanic nor car e My salesperson, Eric, was very pleasant and easy to work with. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Mazda Mitsubishi. As I am not a mechanic nor car expert, I put my full trust in this dealership for their “extensive” front-to-back inspection of the vehicle. Unfortunately, 8 months later I had brought my car into a mechanic due to a strange noise. My car was diagnosed and I was informed that when I purchased the vehicle, they had sold me it with wheels that had three different tire speeds. This caused cupping and currently I now need an entirely new suspension kit, shocks, and 4 brand new tires. My salesperson even admitted that a car with less than 50,000 shouldn’t have suspension issues as I do. While I realize sometimes little details can be missed, I am astonished that the mechanic missed that the tires had three different speed ratings. I have attempted to contact Eric, once by phone and once by email, but they are refusing to reply and will not help me because of the dealership’s mistake. I am only giving 2 stars because my salesperson was great while I bought the car and my experience was pleasant, but I am very disappointed in this dealership for causing almost $3000 in damage to my car and not willing to help in any way, but instead ignoring me. I do not trust this dealership for any future purchases, nor should anyone else, if it is a preowned vehicle. Their service department is clearly lazy or uneducated. More

Ross and the financial staff outlined all of the additional upgrades and service options available with the model I selected, but I never felt pressured into purchasing anything more than what I was comfortable with. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and the entire staff at Luther Mazda made my experience there exceptional! I had a small child in-tow for the duration of my time there, and the staff there were very understanding and family-friendly, making the whole ordeal as pleasant and easy as possible.
