My one complaint is that closing the deal and completing the paperwork took 2.5 hours, though part of that is due to small challenges out of the dealership's control. Tried to over charge me. I'm driving 60 miles round trip to take advantage of my 3 free oil changes. I told the gal that checked me in I just wanted the oil changed. I thought that was part of the new owners package. She did not say there was a charge. When they were done, she presented me with a $75 bill. She went off in a huff, came back and deducted the oil change. I said I was only here to get the "new owner" special. And, that you didn'the tell me there was a charge for the tire rotation. There were other people waiting to check out....it was embarrassing. More
