Great experience - no pressure, just positive! I was sent to this dealership by the Costco auto buying program. They worked with me to identify which car I wanted, and make/options for a new Mitsu I was sent to this dealership by the Costco auto buying program. They worked with me to identify which car I wanted, and make/options for a new Mitsubishi outlander. Melissa was friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. She was never pushy, was highly responsive, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted - down to the floor mats! Also, the finance manager (Josh) was a breath of fresh air. We purchased our last car from Apple Ford in Apple Valley, MN, and had a very high pressure pitch to buy extras for our Escape. It was a huge turnoff, even though we love the car. While I did buy more options there, I found myself resenting it! He gave us the run-down, the reasons for each package they offer, and let us make an informed decision. I never thought I would complement the finance manager at a dealership, but here I am! We would definitely recommend Luther Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi again (even though there was miscommunication somewhere in the Costco process about a gift card card that we never received, and have been told will not...). But they - and especially Melissa, and the finance manager, Josh, were great! More

They shined up the car and made it look good at the dealer but only to hide the accident they had repaired poorly. The salesman was very nice and helpful. I don’t believe he knew about the previous damage as it was not noticeable at first. More
