I have bought so many vehicles from Lundgren's I can't even remember them all. I always have had an easy time trying to get the best of them. That does not happen. I keep going back to them because of how even remember them all. I always have had an easy time trying to get the best of them. That does not happen. They do not always get the problem fixed the first time but, they will work on it until they do. I have always gotten a loaner if needed. Bruce Lundgren has gone so far as to pay me money out of his personal wallet when I had an issue with Ford Corp. in regard to the warranty and the EXTENDED WARRANTY. That is why I go back to Lundgren's for new vehicles and service. I bought my first car from them in 1971. It was yellow for a good reason ( not Lundgren's fault ). Naturally, I have had a few issues over the years and all have been resolved to my satisfaction. They know me when I walk in, someone usually says " Hi or something like that ". What more can a person ask for. They value me and want me to come back to buy another Ford. I recommend them and hope they treat everyone the same as they treat me. More
