I contacted Fruia Cadillac prepared to buy the 2025 Escalade IQ. I am still prepared to buy it. What follows is why the deal has not closed, and I think ownership should see it. The vehicle was pres Escalade IQ. I am still prepared to buy it. What follows is why the deal has not closed, and I think ownership should see it. The vehicle was presented dirty, with trash still in the trunk. The Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned paperwork I received was incomplete. On a six-figure Cadillac carrying a CPO designation, that raises a fair question about whether the certification inspection was performed to standard. Your staff also addressed me as "Mrs. Clark" repeatedly. When I raised it, I was told Marisol had been speaking with "Mrs. Clark." She had not. I was the only party in contact with your dealership at any point. That explanation was false, and it was not the only thing I was told during this process that did not hold up. I proceeded anyway. I reviewed the Carfax, inspection records, equipment and warranty documentation, agreed on a purchase price, and disclosed my trade in full: a 2021 Escalade ESV Sport 4WD, approximately 51,000 miles, newer tires, no windshield damage, no accident history, clean title. Your appraisal came back at $45,000. Kelley Blue Book places the trade-in midpoint at approximately $56,160. Carvana issued a written offer of $53,200. I forwarded both and asked your used car manager for a second look. I was told your store does not use KBB, and that $55,000 would represent "full retail." Your team subsequently offered to structure the deal around the $53,200 figure, conditioned on my selling the ESV to Carvana independently. That structure forfeits roughly $3,325 in Texas trade-in tax credit. The concession was to my account, not yours. That is where it stopped. Your sales manager ended the negotiation and never called me. Not once. He also made no attempt to close the gap anywhere else in the deal — not on the price of the IQ, not on rate, not on anything. A difference of a few thousand dollars on a trade, on a transaction of this size, with a buyer already committed. There was room to work and no one worked it. I am not asking Fruia to exceed the market. I am asking you to meet a documented written offer on a clean, well-maintained Cadillac while I buy a second Cadillac from your store. The Escalade IQ does not sell quickly and requires the right buyer ready to compromise for an EV and can reasonably be expected to sit in inventory for some time. This should have been a straightforward and profitable deal for your store. The failures here run from the sales floor to management. My salesperson, Oscar, was careless with details throughout and passed along information that was not accurate...whether that originated with him or with the sales manager, it reached me the same way. Above him: a vehicle presented in poor condition, an incomplete CPO file, an appraisal set almost $10,000 below a written third-party offer, and a manager who killed a live deal without a phone call. I have bought Mercedes, Cadillac, Tesla, VW, and even Ford and all of those experiences were better than this. This has hands down been the worst purchase experience among them. The car is still on your lot and I am still a buyer if the owner or general manager are interested in selling a car that will probably end up being an anchor. I would welcome a call from the owner or general manager. I have the complete text history, photographs, Carfax, CPO documentation, KBB valuation, and the written Carvana offer. More

Service is bad I took my GMC Acadia to get checked at because the A/C was blowing hot air. They told me it would cost $1,610 to fix and that my vehicle would be ready be Wednesday. Luckily I was able to afford the expense and being that I was going out of town I definitely needed the A/C in this triple digit weather! I picked up vehicle on Wednesday evening and drove home. Then Thursday we left for Arlington to pick up my stepdaughter. About 2 hours into our drive ( 6:30pm or so) I begin to feel rather uncomfortable in the third row and I notice HOT air blowing from the bottom vents in third row and tepid air from four back top vents!!! I was furious! Of course my $1,600 bill had hurt my pocket and to realize my issue has NOT been resolved I was extremely livid! Needless to say I managed to tolerate the warm air blowing and just fell asleep . It must have been the hot air!!! We drove back today and when we got home I noticed that the passengers seat foot area was moist and that plastic covering had condensation on it!!! Then I looked under my Acadia and notified water leaking!!! If I wanted poor service I would have paid $800 to a mom and pop shop who doesn't "guarantee" their work!!! The service man Mike told me that their work is "guaranteed" for a year!!! He should have mentioned "guaranteed to be faulty"!!! Extremely disappointed in the quality of service we received!!! I am taking it back tomorrow because I do not think it's fair that if it is "guaranteed for a year" another dealership should have to incur their faulty labor issues. I will definitely be rating the service and informing GMC of the poor service so that maybe they will no longer be a "certified service" location! More

I sent emails to several GMC / Chevrolet dealerships in the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Alaniz was one of the first to respond, and the only one who did not immediately pressure me to drive out to his dealershi the Rio Grande Valley. Mr. Alaniz was one of the first to respond, and the only one who did not immediately pressure me to drive out to his dealership to test drive a vehicle. He quoted me a good price for the 2012 Terrain I was looking for, and worked with me (all online and over the phone) to make sure I had a vehicle I could test drive in my price range and with the features I was looking for. When we arrived at the dealership he had the car ready for us, answered all of our questions, and let us test drive it extensively. The experience was very relaxed, and several hours later we left with our new vehicle. I would highly recommend both Mr. Alaniz and Luke Fruia motors for your next vehicle purchase. More
I went for a tire rotation as well and all was great. Awsome, quick and smooth. To that customer with the hubcap problem. I dont believe the dealership is at fault. If the hubcap was not installed proppe Awsome, quick and smooth. To that customer with the hubcap problem. I dont believe the dealership is at fault. If the hubcap was not installed propperly, it would of come off right away or as soon as you get up to high speed, not 200 miles away, maybe you hit a hard bump, or pothole? More
