usual excellent service i've used Lucas since 5/08. this is my second cr-v. drive 25k per year. have found them trustworthy & competent. on trip several yrs ago had supposed i've used Lucas since 5/08. this is my second cr-v. drive 25k per year. have found them trustworthy & competent. on trip several yrs ago had supposed engine problem…that dealership suggested expensive repair. able to return home. Lucas checked…said NO PROBLEM. could have done work & charged me because I thought it was necessary. DIDN'T. etc. etc. More

Great Service I have never had a problem going to Lucas Honda for service of my 2001 Honda Civic. This last visit was handled by Fred who informed me as to what was I have never had a problem going to Lucas Honda for service of my 2001 Honda Civic. This last visit was handled by Fred who informed me as to what was due and though I had not planned on spending what I did I know my car was in good hands. I was glad that Fred kept me informed of the progress of what was being done and how much longer we had to wait. He was up front and did not pressure me into getting anything done that was needed. This dealer has always been top notch to me. More

I first contacted Jim in August 2015. I knew I wanted the CRV EX in white/beige. He went out of his way to find me one in white. Since the supply was limited and that was the only color I wanted, he suggested that I wait for the 2016. I was not in a hurry and agreed. I had also contacted another dealership and felt extremely pressured into making a decision when I was not ready to do so. I contacted my credit union (121 Financial) and was told to see Jim at Lucas.--he was the best! And he was. I picked up the 2016 CRV EX in white/beige on Veteran's Day. I will pay it forward and recommend others to see Jim at Lucas! More
