Courteous service My car was ready for an oil change. I needed to be at a meeting in a neighboring county and didn't want to trust driving my car that far. I called and asked if I could bring my car in and leave it while I had another way to get to my meeting. The answer was "of course". When I returned to pick up my car, it was already serviced, vacuumed inside, and then washed. All this for an oil change! Thanks much Lucas Honda! More

Honest, friendly, professional I go to Lucas because i know they will treat my CRV with careful attention. I feel confident that if they tell me my car needs a new cabin filter, for example, that it's true, because when I bring it up and ask them to check, they often will tell me it did not need to be changed yet. They will let me know if they see something that will need attending to in the near future (tire wear, for example). I bought my car there and will go; back when it's time for a new one. More

They get in right in and out as fast as possible. They have maintained vehicle and have repaired/replaced things that would not be covered under plan. I now have 40,000 miles on car and never once been told I need to buy or repair anything for a fee. I overhear other customers in waiting room that do not have the platinum plan and they all seem to be treated fair. They truly do treat you like your satisfaction is important. As a female I've never experienced such a positive experience at a service dept. until Lucas Honda. More
