It had not been pulled outside and it took about 20 minutes before the cashier was able to find someone to bring the car out. Mike, the service desk person, was polite and personable. First off, the dealership is extremely hospitable and clean. Automotive antiques decorate the walls, which makes you feel like you stepped back in time. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I purchased a Ram 1500, and could not be happier. The pricing, financing, and no headache or pressure atmosphere was unbeatable. I travelled from 40 miles away, just to give them my business. I would personally refer my closest family member to Frank, and any of the other staff. Professional and family oriented, cannot ask for anything else from a car dealer. More
