As a first time car buyer I did my research. After going to Haley Toyota and being ignored I gave Priority a call. Ward met me at the door with a friendly smile and greeting. I wanted the car, but I wanted to bring in my Dad to ask Ward all the questions I didn't know the answer to....you know everything about the motor. So the next day I returned with Dad. My Dad was not very easy to get along with and was rather rude at times, but Ward took it like a champ and I walked out of the door with a new Prius. Even now I can still pick up the phone and give Ward a call if I have a question. I have even called him on a Sunday and he was able to help me set up a service appointment for Monday because I had an alarm going off. (it turned out that I just hadn't closed my door tight) I can't praise Ward enough! He was and still is wonderful! I look forward to being a client of his for a very long time! When they were Martin Toyota, they were a very good dealership. However, once Priority took over, it became immeiately obvious that all they cared about was extracting as much money as possible fr dealership. The service dept is more interested in "up selling" than providing good service. There is no emphasis on Customer Satisfaction I went to look at a new Tundra. I was in the beginng stages of purchasing - just looking. However, I tested them on the deal they would make, and they started extreme pressure sales tactics. switching up salesman, managers, they got my got my current trucks keys and registration and would not give them back. These tactics may work on others, but I was extremely uncomfortable. More
