We have purchased 3 cars previously from Loyalty Toyota and I was fully prepared to upgrade to another Highlander which I have loved. We got there and were told they had no inventory to view or test drive. and I was fully prepared to upgrade to another Highlander which I have loved. They presented us with an original price and we discussed and told them where we needed to be. We truly had to leave to get to an appointment though they thought we were leaving as a tactic. They never bothered to counter offer or attempt to get to our price. On the way out the door we heard the SALES manager so “Oh they’ll be back.” He clearly did not know me and no I will not. We took our business elsewhere and can’t believe how we were treated after all the business we have given them purchasing and having all of our service done with them More
