The Infiniti dealership provides amazing service and they have wonderful employees. Not only did Miguel get my truck in the very same day that I called needing help, which was on 12/27/22, but he also gave m have wonderful employees. Not only did Miguel get my truck in the very same day that I called needing help, which was on 12/27/22, but he also gave me a SUV to use for 2 weeks while my truck was being looked at and waiting for a claims adjuster from my insurance to come look at it. Then, he called, texted, and emailed me regularly, to keep me informed of the status. He worked with my insurance company on my behalf, but he also stayed in contact with and communicated with the claims adjusters as well. When USAA decided my truck was a “total loss” he looked over the settlement statement and advised me of his opinion regarding their offer. Miguel is amazing, and I could not have asked for anybody better to help guide me through this very messy and lengthy process.
