The first 2 hours I was patient, assuming we were near the end, having an obvious rattle noise on a brand new Odyssey tended to. Wrong. When we approached the service desk to get an ETA at 2 hour mark, they scrambled to pull our van out of the overflow lot...it hadn't even been looked at yet...their excuse was that they had a lot of airbag recalls that were coming in. LONG STORY SHORT, your appointment time doesn't matter, it is whatever order they feel like. The rattle is a manufacturer issue and that will now take another hour of discussion because we have been referred around like a ping pong ball. Thanks for wasting my day off and I'll be sure to let friends and coworkers know when you need a service center DO NOT waste half a day here. Although they did leave me more than enough time to negatively review them. Whoopsie. More

I took our civic in for transmission service knowing ahead of time that there is much work to be done and they never tried to sell me any additional products or service. They informed me of what they noticed in their inspection, but never tried to push or manipulate us into doing additional work. Because of this we will take our vehicle to this dealer for all future repairs. Enough can't be said for honest business practices! Thank you! More
Purchase process of 2014 Accord Sport BEWARE I purchased through this dealer because of 3 reasons. #1 the only Costco Honda Dealer in Atlanta. #2 Location is only 35 minutes away. #3 They had my I purchased through this dealer because of 3 reasons. #1 the only Costco Honda Dealer in Atlanta. #2 Location is only 35 minutes away. #3 They had my car in stock (2014 Accord Sport Manual) They gave me a purchase price on my trade in and haggled me down later in the process. Beware of this tactic. I should have walked out. The purchase price on the Accord was set by Costco, so I only have to say they honored it. They were pushy on Gap insurance and extended warranty. I had some issues after the purchase and have tried to contact them several times by email. The issues are minor, but the response from them EVERY time is automated. Never do I feel like my email was even read. This is verified because the response to my service questions have come back with "We have the car your looking for in stock! etcetera. Poor communication. I feel abandoned. More

The appear to be eager to set a standard of service excellence, while I enjoyed their honesty and integrity. I went in to have a fan repaired or replaced. They showed me the damage and offered several theories as to cause. They made the repair and not only did they clean the car, but they also cleaned the engine compartment. As far as that goes, it's the chance you take when you buy used. After a few months we encountered a costly repair. After explaining the situation to Mike Sobh he offered us two options. One, he would do the repair as his cost (I have some insight and he was being honest, saving us over $1,000) The 2nd option was to trade in for something. We found a Toyota Camry, a model year new and with an upgrade package. He executed an even trade and made a customer for the long term. To be clear, they owed us nothing, the original buy was a good value and our informed decision. Mike wanted a customer who knew they could trust Lou Sobh Honda. He got one and it is much appreciated. She gets a call saying that a timing belt should be done and then other parts started falling apart and needed to be repaired. A simple Battery change turns into over a $1000 dollar repair!!!! My wife doesn't know cars and she was taken advantage of. HE NEVER TOLD HER THAT SHE COULD SCHEDULE THOSE REPAIRS! Slick parts changers are all they are we will never go back. Harald called me and told me that he was sorry I was upset at my wife for agreeing to the work but he had done nothing wrong. Terrible way to treat people and simply poor; aggressive sale tactics, preying on women like that. We are buying another car this Christmas and had hoped Lou Sobh was it because so close to the house but not now. BEWARE!!!!! More
