There was none of the usual "games" that service departments play. After a short wait I got my car back and was out the door. The price for a four wheel alignment was also the lowest in the area. Not only did they honor the warranty by replacing all the rear pads they did it in a timely manner while I waited. The staff in the service department were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I've never been a dealership service type person but I'll be using Lou Sobh for all my service/maintenance moving forward. Grandma only had one key so we stopped in to Lou Sobh to get a second (because sometimes Mom and Dad nee My son inherited his grandmother's 1997 CR-V. Grandma only had one key so we stopped in to Lou Sobh to get a second (because sometimes Mom and Dad need to drive the car too!). We were introduced to Moose, who is more of a teddy bear, who quickly got us a spare key and told us it was a gift of congratulations for my son getting his first car. When "the boy" (at 6' 4", like Moose, he's not quite what he seems) is ready for a new Honda, we'll be back. More
