Confirmed test drive!!! Are you so desperate for customers you are catfishing to get them tobthe store??? Sales person then tried to intrest me in other cars. NO!! WE TEXT ABOUT THAT THIS WEEK I MADE CLEAR MY INTREST WAS ONLY IN THE CAR YOU WASTED MY EVENING TRYING TO SEE!!!!! More

Everyone is busy, another Ford Dealer told me they didn't have an appointment for 6 weeks. Brad said he didn't have an appointment but would see if it could be worked into the schedule. He gave me his phone to call or text with questions. After a few days the problem was identified, part was ordered and all, repaired in a week- EXCELLENT! More

Presented with invoice, expected free service as that was what I was told when the 2021 F 350 was purchased during last years Ford truck month, used Ford pass points instead of cash but 2 oil changes not wha what I was told when the 2021 F 350 was purchased during last years Ford truck month, used Ford pass points instead of cash but 2 oil changes not what I expected. Also seat had been so adjusted by the tech that it took 30 minutes to get it back to my settings . Also no longer 0730 wait for oil changes, 1 st Appt 0930, took 90 minutes for the Works. Plus 3 week wait for oil change appointment More
