I checked in after hours, but truck wasn't looked at for several days. I was given a phone number to text but no one ever answered the texts. The EASIEST/BEST car buying experience ever! Michaela was outstanding— DO NOT lose this girl. I don’t remember the manager’s name, I think it was Christopher, but he was super friendly as well. All three of the people we came in contact with were amazing. Make that four— haven’t met her yet b/c our car goes in on Wednesday for a warning light that came on the very next day, but I texted Michaela about it, and Anya from the Service Dept called right away to squeeze us in for a repair. You guys are all super. Thanks for the experience. More
