I purchased a vehicle from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Coconut Creek and the experience was not positive or satisfactory. The delivery of my vehicle was delayed for a week and a half due to windshield repair. I w Creek and the experience was not positive or satisfactory. I was misinformed daily and was told the vehicle would be ready the next day but waited for one and a half week before receiving the vehicle. I was not offered a loaner vehicle until seven days later. Overall dissatisfied and was not offered any compensation for the prolonged uncertainty of delivery of my vehicle. More
