I was assisted by someone named Alisa, but everyone I came in contact with there was friendly. My oil consumption was on recall but when I told them that I had a parking light out they quickly found out came in contact with there was friendly. My oil consumption was on recall but when I told them that I had a parking light out they quickly found out a quote for me knowing that the recall was covered under warranty and they had to find out about the light, whether it was a bulb or an electrical issue they told me that they would have it fixed and gave me a fast quote. Anywhere else would have kept my car for an extended period of time and would have told me how much they think it was and would have ended up over charging me when I come to pay and pick up my vehicle. They definitely had a long line for service even with appointments made but they were pretty quick, I mean 30 minutes to me wasn't such a long wait for the line that they had.
