Description:This dealer is a mess. They messed up on my deal and now they are trying to take the car that bought after a month and a half. My name is Edmundo Palacios, we were looking for a camaro and we deal and now they are trying to take the car that bought after a month and a half. My name is Edmundo Palacios, we were looking for a camaro and we had found it at this deamer because they had a really good deal on it. On decemer 7, 2019 we went to lorenzo ford and purchased a 2019 chevy camaro ss the bank that approved the loan was ally bank and we gave a 3,000 dollar down payment and the dealer advised us that the first payment was going to be on january 6, 2020. January 2nd of 2020 I decided to call ally bank because i never recieved any information about the loan and that the payment was getting closer to the due date. The bank told me that the deal was still getting processed and for me to call the dealer. I called lorenzo ford and requested someone call me back as soon as possible and i also called the following day and kept bouncing around and i never got a call back. I called ally bank again and the representative from the bank also tried calling the dealer and never received a phone call back. And january 6th when my payment was due i had asked the bank if they wanted to process my payment and they said no because they were still having an issue with the deal. So i had asked ally bank what was the issue with the deal and the bank had asked me if i had done a trade-in and i had said no. And ally bank advised me to make the payment to the dealer and when i asked why they said it was because the bank was still processing the deal and to go to the dealer and make a payment which is difficult for me due to the fact that i live an hour and a half away from the dealer. On january 7th, 2020 i had called the dealer again worrying about the payment and i had spoke to a man named fernando and he told me that he does not work in finance and told me that my finance advisor was a guy named johan and he will give me a call back. Fernando, took my number down and no one ever called me back. No one ever called back! On the 12th of january i spoke to a salesman in new cars named oscar and i had explained to him about my situation and he had put me on hold and then told me and explained that johan the financial guy was still working on the deal and to not worry because they were going to resubmit the deal. I called ally bank and they advised me to contact the dealer again because the deal was returned to the dealer due to the fact that lorenzo ford put on the deal that i did a trade-in which i never did. I told ally bank that they never called .e back and ally bank also said that lorenzo also never called them back. On january 30th johan finally gives me a call and tells me to go back to the dealer and sign for a new deal and i explained thay i could go on saturday due to work. On feburary 1st, 2020 i arrived at the dealer at 10:00 in the morning and i was told thag johan would arrive at 12:00 but he didnt show up until 1:00 and he asked me where was the car and that he was going to give me my money back and because the deal never went through and it was because the dealer had lied on the deal to the bank about a trade-in i never did. The bank told me that i wasnt the problem, it was the dealer. It was the dealers responsibility to get me another loan because i was also approved by off lease only with capital one. In the meantime thinking this wasnt going to happen i had paid for an expensive insurance and my son had bought a 252 dollar front splitter. They told me to give them until monday to deal with the situation but it feels like they never worked on the deal and now they are going to work for it. I also called yesterday, i spoke Arnold and i asked to speak to Johan or if, Arnold told was in a different building. I called again i spoke to Luis, and He was going to give the massage to Johan. Still no phone call back!! 60 days with a car that's up in the air, that i pay insurance as well. More
