I took my enclave for a 45K service, they asked me to a transmission flush which i did. They overfilled my transmission and it stated Slipping and shuddering thereafter. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Came in for a service in March Then again in June, was quoted extremely high for some work, took my car elsewhere for a much cheaper price. I called to obtain a copy of the receipt for the work done in March so my current mechanic could know what was done. I must have called 60 times with no solution what so ever to simply keying in my phone number and pressing print or email me a copy of the receipt. Called and spoke to multiple people who would transfer me to voice mails that were never returned. Disgusted with the level of importance they place on previous customers, was treated unfairly only because I chose to take my vehicle somewhere else. More

To my humble opinion as a customer of more than 10 Yrs, the service has come down 80%. Since the personell change a few months ago to me the Service Dept is the WORST. I recommend the dealer for the purchase, and my experience with the Azuam seller was the best as well as the cleanliness and attention of the rest of the staff. On the other hand, in my first oil change and tire rotation service, the experience was FATAL, after making an appointment by phone with one of the rep. of serv. when I arrived the appointment was never made, I was attended and I had to wait more than 2 hours, and the service was not of quality . Since then 2 months ago and I am pending to change a sensor of the car that is defective and I call by phone and they do not answer the calls and I went personally and the person who attended me told me that I had to wait !!! They would contact me, I think the quality of service and customer service is the best recommendation for any site.. Recomiendo al dealer para la compra, y mi experiencia con el vendedor Azuam fue la mejoral igual que la limpieza y atencion del resto del staff. En cambio en mi primer servicio de cambio de aceite y rotacion de las gomas la experiencia fue FATAL , despues de hacer un appointment por telefono con uno de los rep. de servicios cuando llegue nunca estuvo hecho el appointment, fui atendida y tuve que esperar mas de 2 hrs , y el servicio no fue de calidad esto fue hace casi 2 meses y estoy pendiente para que me cambien un sensor del auto que esta defectuoso y llamo por telefono y no contestan las llamadas y fui personalmente y la persona que me atendio me dijo que habia que esperar !!! ellos me contactarian , creo que la calidad del servicio y la atencion al cliente es la mejor recomendacion que pueda tener cualquier sitio.
